measuredMinWidth/Height is used when laying out containers with %
width/height.

Don't call canvas.measure(), you don't really need it.

 

Your measure and updateDL methods can consider mins if you wish.  At the
very least, I think you should probably set measuredMinWidth/Height to
be the same as measuredWidth/Height.  You can consider
measuredMinWidht/Height to be the size of a container at which
scrollbars will appear if it gets any smaller.
