The main window I think is generated from the SWF itself which has a
default size.  Secondary windows are generated from code and I don't
know what their sizing rules are.

Yeah I think/hope so.

I tried more experiments, change stageWidth/stageHeight before changing 
scaleMode, and tried both for main window and 'presentation' window, 
it's funny that main windows scaled correctly while 'presentation' 
window still not work.
