I looked at the license agreement that is on page 2 of the Using Flex Builder 2 pdf file and included it below. It is vague in that it defers to the software it is distributed with. In the case that it is not distributed with any software, which in this case it is not, "no part of this guide may be reproduced..." which is the reason I believe Staples is asking for a release form. :(

I need your help Adobe. I took the Flex Components pdf to a local
Staples store to have them print it out (in a more readable book form)
and they said I need a release form from Adobe before they can do it.

I don't know what this entails but could someone from Adobe please
send this to me at this email. Maybe saying something like, "Staples
has permission to print out the Adobe Online documentation pdf's for
Judah Frangipane's personal use."
