So apparently we were all wrong. If you use describeType or ObjectUtils.getClassInfo() you can get to some metadata, but not all metadata. Bindable and Transient (which I didn't know existed until a few minutes ago) are both viewable, however Inspectable is not viewable...except for the variable "accessibilityImplementation" declared by the InteractiveObject class. I'm not really trying to solve my original problem anymore because I can hijack Transient if I need to, but if anyone knows what is going on here, the education would be appreciated.

You won't have access to the [Inspectable] metadata cause thats used during compilation. However, you could create a reflection parsing class that has builds these in memorey metadata objects.
