I am using the loadPolicyFile and it does pick up the XML file. I 
know for sure since it doesn't work without it at all.

The application is not working when hosted on a server and doesn't 
work when it's under the coldfusion localhost, but when it's a stand 
alone swf file it works, so it looks like the coldfusion server 
doesn't like the call...
