Now I have to apply my "talent" to figure out how to get it into my trial Flex

Peter Ent has a great example of a gauge component, with both graphic an
programmatic skins. Google this with his name and I am sure you will
find it.

Anyone run into one of these? My boss drools over them. He's tech-head-
dead so has no idea what it would take me to create one.

Of course, it doesn't help I'm extremely new to Flex and charting, much 
less subsetting a component.
