this is just a hunch but maybe the anomalous machines have an earlier build
of FP9? I dunno but when our QA team experiences what seems to be more like
environment issues rather than compile issues, it always comes back to the
fact that they don't have the latest FP9.0.XX whatever it is. Is this just
on one computer or many more?

So when I resize the main VBOX from width 80% to width 100%
all the children resize as well, and like I mentioned it seems to work
fine
on most machines but
then one of the machines does that weird not scaling its childrens error
...
