I can only tell you that I remember having a similar problem before. 
It seemed that the video stopped playing a couple of frames before 
reaching the end of the video?!? If I used the slider to move the 
playhead time on the extra frame or two the event fired, but I've no 
real solution I'm afraid. Let me know if you find anything yourself!
