I am not familiar with FABridge, but have just had some great success
using the built-in "externalInterface" class.  It is very easy to use.

One way to do that would be to use the Flex-Ajax bridge (FABridge).. .
which allows flex to access stuff from JavaScript and vice-versa. From a
user-experience point of view, I would advice you to keep popups out of
the application if you can manage it. TitleWindow would be a better
choice. If there's no other way and you have to have it in a popup, then
FABridge would be one option. :-)
