The dropdownFactory creates an instance of a List by default. Whatever it creates must extend ListBase.
So, start with List and make one with two extra buttons first, then assign it to the ComboBox. You might have to customize the border of the List in the same way we pack in scrollbars, or you may just have to "float" them alongside the list. -Alex ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Joseph Abenhaim Sent: Tuesday, March 06, 2007 7:32 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [flexcomponents] ComboBox Component Hi, I'm trying to create a custom component based on ComboBox that would have an extra row at the bottom (after opening it) that would display 2 buttons on 1 line, New and Edit. I'm trying to start on that but can't figure out what to modify to add that row. Any help or maybe pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thanks, Joseph. ________________________________ Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records.
