well the application acts like a chat client ( mirc). So the app is going to
reside  on the server at
wc.wearab.net

and then users can use that application to connect to irc servers , so the
user can type in

and irc server and port they want to connect to

The crossdomain.xml needs to be on the same subdomain as the IRC server.
