RIA/Flash Guru Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Flash/Web developer with knowledge developing Rich Internet Applications in San Francisco, CA.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of Flex2 or any other RIA tools, to implement our custom XML client framework. Required Skills / Experience: Extensive experience with MXML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, ActionScript (2 and 3), XML or an expert on building Flash Applications Experience building and architecting extensible widgets Knowledge and experience diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks. Experience programming Enterprise-level data-intensive dashboard layouts with multiple grids, charts, and hierarchical data. Familiarity with applying MVC design patterns and principles to complex user interaction scenarios. Understanding of `mocking up' components using Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop.
