Job Title: Sr. Principal Engineer Location:Newton, MA Duration:6 month Duties: The candidate would need to take an existing prototype and be code complete by end of October
a. Flex programming experience. This is what the prototype is written in b. Someone I can trust to take and run with it, determine what needs to be done, what questions to ask, find out the answers on their own, etc. c. They would have to be very sensitive to performance considerations - someone who makes this part of their every day practice d. The person would have to be detail oriented and make sure that the UI conforms to standards and is of high quality. e. Also the person needs to comment code very well and have very good coding standards. I don't want to have to worry about reviewing the code and requesting that things be rewritten because of quality or performance issues. In addition the team here may take over the project when it is done so the code needs to be very understandable and maintainable.
