[flexcomponents] How to create a Tree Column in Datagrid

Hi ,

 I need to create a tree column in Datagrid.But that column is not the
first column in the grid.All the examples that i have seen including
AdvancedDataGrid (flex 3) example, the tree column is the first from
the left.Can someone please help me out with this?
