Here here.  Exactly my toolset, except I use NAnt for builds, as I write
with a .NET back-end.
 
If you're starting out in this arena, then I highly reccommend the book
"Pragmatic Version Control", as it defines the defacto standard for
version control with SubVersion.

Subversion and Maven using the Israfil Mojo plugin. Steep learning 
curve, but if you are on a multi developer project (esp. using Java) I 
can't imagine any other way. Oh, and throw in Trac for your developer 
wiki / issue tracker.
