Hi Josh, I am sorry about your frustrating communications with the staff at Wrox. I must confess, I was completely unaware of any prior involvement by yourself on this project. I do have to say that the editor at Wrox I am currently communicating with is very on the ball, and since my agent set up the introductions, we have been communicating nearly on a daily basis. Let me find out what has happened, and we can continue this conversation off list.
