not taking anything away from Ben's suggestion

IMHO, I've had pretty good success with the HTML component that Martin
mentions, at least when I last used it earlier last year. I did have a
slight flickering issue with the Camino browser (for a Mac) but it was
easy to setup and use and having #anchors worked really well when
dynamically passed from Flex variables as bookmarks.

I would also second Martin's suggestions regarding purchasing the
source. Think of it as an insurance policy (which my former Scrooge
project manager refused to recognised) and time saving from rolling
your own.
