not taking anything away from Ben's suggestion IMHO, I've had pretty good success with the HTML component that Martin mentions, at least when I last used it earlier last year. I did have a slight flickering issue with the Camino browser (for a Mac) but it was easy to setup and use and having #anchors worked really well when dynamically passed from Flex variables as bookmarks.
I would also second Martin's suggestions regarding purchasing the source.
