[flexcomponents] Need a simple documents to understand FLEX Programming

Hi,
I am very new to FLEX.

Please guide me how should I initially start my programming in FLEX.

I found lot of documents in ADOBE….but I am not able to start my 
programming and I am totally confused about such a plenty of 
documentations.

Please let me know if any simple and easy documents available to start 
learning FLEX and to start my programming in FLEX.
