Thanks guys,

Worked perfect! (creating a mx.managers.LayoutManger.as).  The only extra
step was to also copy a mx.core.Version.as, as it's pathed with a
../core.Version.as

If any of you happen to be at 360Flex in Europe I'd be happy to buy you a
beer :)
