This was written entirely from scratch. It does not use any of Ely's 
code and it does not use the Scheduling Framework released by Adobe.

It was actually written as a part larger set of applications I am 
working on, but I figured that it would be quite useful to other Flex 
developers, so decided to release it as an independant component.
