Josh, I think he is working with deep linking, tab navigator, view stack or any other navigation, after returning back to previous state he needs intimation by flex.
Umer, You need to add listener for view stack, tab navigator or tab/ button bar or you need add Watcher on selectedIndex. if you are working with Deep Linking, then please tell me are you using BrowserManager, URLKit or some other.
