In my opinion, do the following: 1. Follow some framework e.g. Mate, pureMVC or Cairngorm [Each has some advantage and disadvantage] 2. Get an understanding of Shell/Module framework and divide your application into different modules (possible when you have a clear understanding of requirement). It will help in "Efficient loading time", "reducing file-size"
