Here is the exact situation:

Main Panel having                 - multiple Text Area ( double_click event)
                 - multiple Panels containing image ( can be draggable,
resizable)

Now, if I drag the panel having image on top of Text Area........Now how to
trigger double_click event. Because the panel containing image is on top of
Text Area.
