Tente testar pelo debug adicionando um breakpoint na ultima linha
desse metodo ou de um trace
private function onRetornaUsuario(event:ResultEvent):void{
trace(event.result);
}
se retornar o objeto tente copiar ele
var usuario:Object = ObjectUtil.copy(event.result);
É uma tentativa
