Could this be a 5000 v. 3000 issue? I've not seen what hardware the others
are using. I've now tried 7 resets and 7 attempts at loading and it still
shows 2.0.0.5 and PSDR gives an error that it needs 2.0.0.8 and is only
finding 2.0.0.5.

Same story here.

Downloaded 2.0.0.8...worked fine on the flash.

Error message

Power cycled with taking the main PS all the way off

Error message Power SDR complaining about needing 2.0.0.8+

Yikes
