I suggest we should always retain the ability to do balances manually
(both rx and tx) for those rare times manual "expert" tweaks are needed.

This is not a complaint just an observation with the latest PB-PAL. When
first starting up everything is fine, but after hitting the tune button
opposite sideband rejection is significantly reduced. Hitting the MOX button
first did not get the same result. Very strange and it is repeatable. A
restart cures it until the next time.
