Dave,

Yes,  on the SVN you will need to perform the RX Image test  (only!)   don't
perform any of the other test as they may not be fully functional..

Be sure to remove all the antennas from the radio,  use a dummy load to
antenna 1 if you have it available.    Let it run for all bands, without
stopping.

Just remember, that if you go back to 1.18.5 to rerun the image calibrations
for that version or you might hear images there.
