In testing alpha software, processes change. This is one of them.
The "skins" files are copyrighted software from FlexRadio Systems and their use has different licensing requirements and restrictions than open source GPL code. The license agreement in the temporary skins installers do not have the proper language to fully protect FlexRadio System's intellectual property. As such they have been removed from the public domain. The upcoming PowerSDR v2.0.0 Public Beta release will be delivered in an integrated "universal installer" and it contains all of the skins along with the appropriate license agreements for both the GPL open source code and the copyrighted property of FlexRadio Systems. This software is targeted for a release in the next couple of weeks.
In the mean time, you can always use the released version of PowerSDR 1.18.6 to run your FlexRadio Systems software defined radios.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing, but it is a necessary step for the transition from the alpha SVN software to the beta version of PowerSDR v2.0.0 and subsequently to the released version.
