If both ANF and NR on at the same time, there is definite fluttering on SSB.
My NR is 64- 8- 16, and ANF is set to 64- 8- 32.

I was working E4X (Palestine) last night on 20 meters when I noticed the same
flutter.
By accident I shut off the "NR" and the fluttering went away.
I was working CW - split with the MultiRX enabled. (I don't have 2nd RX on my
3000)
See if turning off "NR" fixes your problem for now.

This week I have migrated from PowerSDR 18.6 to 2.0.2.2. The Installation went
quite well, and My Flex-5000A is working normally, except for one issue. When I
enable RX2 the audio from both RX1 and RX2 have a flutter distortion. Does
anyone else have this issue, or know what I can do to resolve this?
My System is as follows: FLEX-5000A Firmware 2.0.2.2, PowerSDR 2.0.0 Beta
OS: XP Pro SP3. Dual Core Proc 2.6 GHz, 3 GB RAM
Fire wire Driver V3.5.2.8028, RX2 4009-0020 (33C)
