Mike,

It sounds like something changed in your system that the software didn't
like.  One possibility is a COM port with a non standard name (something I
saw here recently -- COM4i).  Have you tried leaving the radio powered off
and starting PowerSDR with a new database?  This would help you establish
whether it is having trouble talking to the radio or if something else is
going on.

Is it crashing before you get to the main screen or only when you try to
click the start button?

Is this a 3K or 5K?
