I've got my main screen with all the usual computer trash going on with PowerSDR running. On the other monitor I've got HRD running. Both monitors are 21 inch LCD's in 1660 by 1050 mode, 32 bit on main and 24 bit color on secondary screen where HRD is running. CPU load is low, memory is not used up or any other normal sort of issues, but I am getting this strange flashing effect at times where both screens seem to pause and the refresh with the HRD main screen blanking to white for a second or so and then coming back to display normally. Other than the occasional flashing, no other effects and nothing seems to be happening to Power SDR or any operations, just a strange effect. Anyone ever encounter something strange like this and figured out a fix or work around. This not so much a problem as an annoyance. Tips hints comments?
