I almost always decide that I want to play with source code either on the
weekend or in the middle of the night. I also like the idea of posting
source code releases with every new PowerSDR release. That way you won't
have to respond to emails at all. Zip it up, add a link on the web page and
you're done.
On a related note, I would like to grab the SVN 1.18.6 source code release.
It's been a while since I updated my source and the old SVN server address
no longer responds. What's the current IP address for the repository?

One question on the changes - why does one have to explicitly request
the GPL source for a released binary - would it not simpler to simply
post a tar ball/zip of the source when the binaries are made available.
