Installing the beta 2.08 onto my laptop. My main shack computer has PSDR 1.18
My Flex 3000 has the original firmware installed when I installed PSDR 1.18 I want to try out the Beta 2.08 on the laptop but, as I read the QuickStart info, there is a strong likelihood that the install will require updating the firmware on the Flex 3000. My question is this: If it turns out I must install the newer firmware into the Flex 3000 so I can try out PSDR 2.08 on my laptop, will this preclude my operating the Flex 3000 successfully when I connect it back to my shack PC which still runs 1.18? -- Cheers, Robby Richard R.
