Look, the users we have,  they are just going to gripe, period.  Many do it
because you listen and respond.

Flex has nothing to be ashamed of.  It has accomplished miracles
understaffed,  staff that is overworked inside and outside of the building.
 The ARRL, which wants to support technical innovation and those
manufacturers doing it,  hit you between the eyes and have almost shut the
doors at Flex twice with 2 page articles.  Yet Flex is standing and
surviving and still doing innovation.

"Let them eat cake".

Now if they rabble just doesn't come and guillotine us like they did Marie
when she said that....
