Last weekend, FlexRadio Systems' Development group released a new USB
driver patch kit, revision D.
There was discovered this week a slight defect for 23-bit systems
regarding the correct installation of the updated USB DLL driver. This
defect has been corrected and FLEX-1500 Driver Patch Kit for PowerSDR
v2.0.16, rev E is now available for download. If you successfully
installed version D of this patch kit and your system is operational,
there is *no* need to install the rev E patch kit. The USB DLL (driver)
file was not updated, just the mechanism of how it was installed was
corrected. The FLEX-1500 Driver Patch Kit for PowerSDR v2.0.16
Installation & Troubleshooting Guide has been updated too.

you need assistance in running any of the troubleshooting procedures and
particularly if none of the procedures work for your setup, as we need
to collect this information in order to better understand the issues and
get them resolved before the next beta release of PowerSDR 2.0.x
