I plan to use the Tokyo HY-Power HL45B with my Flex 1500.
I have the cable to key the amp from the 1500 and realize I must manually
set the band switch as the voltage change normally supplied by the FT817
in not available from the 1500 to do the auto band change.
My question relates to 60 Meters there is no band switch position for 60 M.
Would the Yaesu FT817 ND which does 60M use the upper part of 80M position
or the lower part of 40M position.
Or is the claim that the amp covers all HF bands and 6 Meters not
exactly true?
