I am noticing that on JT65-HF it is rather excellent, i will assume that it 
would be the same on CW.  

On JT65-HF the day after the released, I worked two ZS's stations (South 
Africa) with a minus 20 (R -20) where before this the same station were a -27 
on 40 meters.
