No, you cannot, directly.

FlexWire is neither a serial port (connecting a serial cable to it can damage 
the radio) nor does it have the facility to send voltages for band switching.
Refer to your operating manual regarding the control signals and I/O on the 
FlexWire connector or refer to this KB article

You will need an I2C device to interface to the FlexWire connector designed to 
output the voltages necessary for band changes
