What happens if you take DDUtil out of the configuration? You need to limit the variables before you can make a blanket statement that something is causing a particular problem.

I appears if I turn ON CW Skimmer (I have it connected via the FLEX Direct IQ channel in the Audio setup tab) the Flex 5000 power levels are all over the map!! This effects all bands and the power settings again stabilize immediately when I turn OFF CW Skimmer. I have NO clue as to why this is happening.
