Is there any way at all to modify the default behavior of the popup
radio interface chooser?
It comes up in the upper left corner of the monitor and I would like to
place it where I want it to come up and it remember the position on
subsequent restarts. Like the lower right hand corner. Right now it's
dumb as a brick.
