George,

I don't have a PTS160 but my PTS040 is mechanically almost identical.
On my unit, which has the overnized oscillator, the calibration screw can be easily accessed removing the top cover since it is in the top of the oscillator, not on its side as suggested by the hole below the Frequency Standard label in the back of the unit. Maybe this hole is for the TCXO equipped units.

If you want a photo that shows the position of the screw (in fact the screw is a cover for keeping the oven closed, removing it you can access the actual tunning screw), just ask. In the photo you can also see the module arrangement in a unit with .1 Hz resolution so you can compare with your unit.

Does anyone know how to calibrate the internal xtal standard within the PTS
160? Mine is off by about 50HZ. I can use the Rubidium standard, that I use
for the F5K if necessary; but, would like the unit to be calibrated.

Thanks

George
