I believe this is a "works as designed" feature to turn of the xITs when the
knob "focus" changes from one control state to another . Although it sounds
like a good suggestion for a program change/Enhancement

You should add it to the Enhancements database.

Subject: [FlexEdge] RIT & XIT Toggles off in FlexControl

Leaving the Flex control Window in its default settings:

When I single click the knob to go from VFO adjustment to RIT, it turns on RIT.
OK, fine. Then I make adjustments to RIT, which works fine (other than
oversensitivity in the knob, which is covered in another post). Then I click
again to come back to VFO, or I long click to go to XIT, etc., then it turns
off the RIT. Should it turn off the RIT? Same thing with XIT. I don't think
it should do this, but perhaps this is by design. It seems to be.

What if I want to go to VFO B and work split and leave a XIT offset on VFO B,
but go back to VFO A for tuning? I'm forced to go back to the mouse to turn
back on the XIT offset taking the focus off my logging software.

This has nothing to do with the Auto Clear, which works as expected.

Any Ideas on this? Is this by design? If so, why?
