Hey all,

thanks for all the suggestions. Changing to the legacy driver did the trick.

I can also confirm that the various Power Profiles have a tremendous effect
on Firewire latency.

I'm using a Macbook Pro (Model 2010) with a Core2Duo 2,4GHz, 4Gbyte Ram and
Windows 7 via Bootcamp.

Thanks again for all the responses!
