I see the same problem here with 2.1.5 and 2.2.2. For me it only happens between 4.0 and 4.147 MHz. (as far as I've discovered). Unfortunately, I spend a lot of my time there with MARS.
The problem for me is that the mouse wheel up gets stuck Down works normally as does both the U and J keys. If I place the cursor under any number in the VFO frequency window the wheel up works at all frequencies.As soon as I move the mouse out of the VFO window the wheel up stops working. I've reset the database multiple times and disconnected/reconnected power to the radio.
