From a lightning protection point of view, everything to the bus bar.

So it depends a bit on what your trying to achieve.  There is no 'right 
way' for every situation but many ways that will work.

Ah, I knew that sooner or later someone would say something that made sense!   
Al has it right.   Of course, as all the "real" DXers know, you follow the 
physics of the problem and, as is pointed out clearly in the beverage antenna 
book, put everything on copper sheet.  And make sure that you have made a 
reasonable direct ground connection to the common of your computer mother 
board.  these fancy "gamer" computer cases don't make that a simple 
proposition.   

Read all you can and then take all of those suggestions as your "tool kit."  
Use them as the problems arise!   Have I solved the RF problem in my own shack? 
  Absolutely not!   But as the situations arise I use reason and common sense 
to beat them down!
