I went to my email on the Charter Web site and found over 1000 messages, including more than 400 from these two reflectors, but I could not retrieve them to my Thunderbird inbox (although my other charter email address is working fine). I then found that a Thunderbird setting for this account had been changed (maybe it was something I had done myself that seemed like a good idea at the time); I changed it back to the same as the other and now I have all these messages in the folders to which my filters directed them. Sorry for disturbing the peace of these reflectors.
