I don't know whether TeamViewer (free for personal use) is available for 
Android, but I run it on my Shack computer and was able to operate the 
rig (receive, at least -- I didn't try transmit, as I didn't have a 
microphone with me) while sitting in our church's Fellowship Hall with a 
laptop after lunch.
