Hello Flexer! I have always been a Fan Boy of Flex Radio 99 % of the time.
But I will second this too. Understanding all what was said and knowing the company has to make a "Buck" in order to survive, this move on the pricing doesn't settle with me either. "Me" being as noticeable as finding a needle in a Hay Stack, still thinks I have an opinion, even if it's only one in 5000. (Pun intended!) There's probably no turning back the clock, (we can have hope!) but for the sake of the great work Flex has brought to the table for "Ham Radio", I do hope it all works out somehow for all of us. Also the optional 2 meter/ 440 module that has gone away, hasn't settled with me either. Also I think of the Flex1000 radios and the people who bought them. I can remember an advertisement that goes something like this... (Never Have to Buy Another Radio Again) Hmmm....I suddenly cannot think of anymore to say? I can say Flex Radio has brought a lot to the table and has help keep Ham Radio a live.
