That depends on whether or not you have a 32 or 64-bit OS. VSPE is free
for 32-bit and costs $25 for the 64-bit (to cover the cost of having it
digitally signed).
VSPManager works OK too, but it has its quirks, like hosing up port
assignments and the inability to remove those ports once they become
"ghosts".
