I live in an EMI noisy environment and operate 80M and longer. Current noise mitigation options are internal noise reduction or external noise phasing such as DXE-NCC.
Other than external noise phasing, what are the 6500 options? How effective are the noise filter/blanker on atmospheric and local EMI? On the 6700 (assume no longer require external noise phasing) how would the noise mitigation process work (internally and at the GUI)? $600 for external noise phasing or $2000 for second SCU?
